Come app support: where to ask, and what to send
Two different teams handle two different kinds of problem. We answer questions about the come apk itself — version, size, install errors, what a permission is for. The operator answers everything touching your account: login, KYC, deposits, a pending UPI withdrawal, a Come Sports bet settlement. Sending your question to the wrong one is the most common reason people wait days for an answer, so start here.
Ask us about the app itself
Install errors, version and file-size questions, device compatibility, anything on this site.
@ComPlaySupport
We answer in the order messages arrive. We do not publish a guaranteed response time, and we have no phone line.
Who can actually solve your problem
We hold no account data at all. That single fact decides where your message should go.
Ask us
- The APK will not install, or the download fails
- Which version and file size is current
- Whether your phone or Android version is supported
- What a permission request means
- Something on this site is wrong or out of date
Ask the operator, inside the app
- Login, password and OTP failures
- KYC and document verification
- Deposits, withdrawals and pending payments
- Bonus eligibility and wagering conditions
- Account restrictions, closures and self-exclusion
What to include in a support message
A message with these five details gets resolved in one reply. A message saying "not working" gets a request for these five details.
Fixes that resolve most Come app problems
Four minutes of checks that clear the majority of what reaches our inbox. Install-specific errors are covered in more depth on the APK install guide, and the catalogue of all 14 titles notes which formats need a steady connection.
App will not open
Close background apps, clear the app cache under Settings, Apps, Come Play, Storage, then relaunch. On a 2 GB phone this is almost always memory pressure rather than a broken install.
Stuck on the loading screen
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Every game round is resolved on the operator's server, so a half-open connection leaves the lobby loading forever.
Login loops back to the start
Usually an outdated build after a server-side change. Install the current file over the top — your account and settings are kept — and try again before contacting anyone.
Come app support questions
Login problems, OTP failures, pending withdrawals and what we can and cannot do.
For anything involving your account, balance, KYC or a withdrawal, use the support channel inside the app — that is the only team with access to your data. For questions about the app itself, the install, the version or this site, message our Telegram channel @ComPlaySupport and we will answer what we can.
Check three things in order: that you are entering the mobile number you registered with, that the OTP is being delivered rather than blocked by a spam filter, and that the app is on the current build. A failed login after an update usually means the app is out of date; reinstall the current file over the top.
No, and neither can any other affiliate site. Pending withdrawals are held by the operator, normally because KYC is incomplete, bank details do not match the account name or a bonus still has wagering conditions attached. Send the operator your registered number, the transaction reference and the exact time, and ask which of those three applies.
OTP delivery is a network issue nine times out of ten. Turn off any SMS-blocking app, check your spam or blocked folder, make sure you have signal rather than Wi-Fi only, wait the full retry window before requesting a new code, and try again. Repeated rapid requests can trigger a temporary cool-down.
We are a small team and we answer in the order messages arrive, so we do not publish a guaranteed response time we cannot hold ourselves to. If your question is urgent and it involves money or account access, go to the operator's in-app support instead of us — they are the only ones who can act on it.
No. We publish no phone number because we do not run a call centre, and any number claiming to be Come telephone support should be treated as a scam. Nobody legitimate will call you asking for an OTP, a password, a screen-share or a payment to release a withdrawal.
