Privacy policy for this Come app guide
A short policy, because this is a short story: we run no accounts, no analytics and no advertising pixels, and we set no cookies of our own.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy covers Come Play, an independent affiliate website about the Come Android app. It does not cover the app itself or the operator's website. Once you follow a download or offer link, you are on the operator's property and its privacy policy applies — read it there, because the data it collects at registration and KYC is far more extensive than anything described here.
2. What we collect
We collect no personal information through this website. There is no account, no login, no newsletter form, no comment box and no contact form. What exists is ordinary server logging: our hosting provider records the IP address, approximate location, browser user-agent, referring page and requested URL for each request, as effectively every web server does. Those logs are used to keep the site running and to spot abuse, never to build a profile of a reader.
If you message us on Telegram, we see whatever your Telegram profile shows and the content of your message. We keep those conversations only as long as needed to answer you, and we never ask for passwords, one-time codes, payment details or identity documents.
3. What we never collect
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, payment details, bank information, KYC documents, gameplay records, deposits, withdrawals or balances. We could not: none of that data passes through this site. Anyone claiming to be Come Play and asking for it is not us — report it and delete the message.
4. Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies of its own, and its JavaScript writes nothing to local storage or session storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Your browser may still cache the stylesheet, the script and the images so pages load faster on a second visit; clearing your browser cache removes all of it.
5. Third-party services
Two third parties receive a request from your browser when a page loads, because the site uses their hosted resources: Google Fonts, for the two typefaces, and Cloudflare's cdnjs, for the icon font. Loading a file from either service reveals your IP address and browser details to that provider under its own privacy policy, in the same way that loading any image from any server does. We send them nothing else — no identifier, no page content, no reader profile. We run no advertising network, no analytics platform and no tracking pixels of any kind.
6. When you leave this site
Download and offer buttons — the ones on our APK download page and beside the game catalogue — are affiliate links. Following one hands you to the operator, and the link may carry a referral code that tells the operator this site referred you. That code identifies the site, not you. From that point the operator's terms and privacy policy govern the relationship, including anything it collects at registration, deposit or verification.
7. Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Parents who want to block access to gambling-related sites and apps can do so with Android's Family Link controls or their network provider's content filtering.
8. How long data is kept
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short period as part of normal operations and then discarded. Telegram conversations remain in that platform until deleted by either party. We maintain no database, no mailing list and no reader records of any kind.
9. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have rights of access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal over personal data held about you. Because we hold no personal data about readers, there is in practice nothing for us to disclose, correct or erase — but if you believe we hold something, ask and we will check and confirm in writing. For data held by the operator about your account, direct the request to the operator; we cannot access or act on it.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our host is encrypted. It is a static site: there is no database, no user input, no login and therefore no store of reader information to be breached. That is a deliberate design choice rather than an accident.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
